Garrus is looking better.
One thing I noticed about the first game was that Garrus' face is really blurry, but every other turian's face looks really defined. Probably because other turians aren't around much, but Garrus could be there on every mission. Need to keep it low detail to not fry computers or something, I'd guess.
But in the second game, that's apparently no longer a concern, because Garrus looks a lot better. Here's a couple of comparison shots, to illustrate my point .
